NATURE gave us a beautiful corner in the south of Mallorca with several Caribbean-style beaches. WE have then created a stylish place for your vacation.
Discover the advantages of a perfect location at the famous salt pans, walk to the unspoilt Es Trenc, visit the lively weekly market in Santanyi, start the day with a cup of Nespresso on the balcony.
It gives us great pleasure to offer you comfortable accommodation for an unforgettable time on the sunny island. We offer some apartments for a long term rental too.

Choose from 3 apartments types
You can choose from 3 apartment sizes between 40 and 70 square meters (each for 2 to 5 guests). All apartments have a south-facing balcony, 2 of them also have a private roof terrace.
Best-equipped Apartments
A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, smart TV, towels, bed linen, beach towels are standard with us. Baby equipment is provided free of charge if required. We also have an underground parking space for your car without any fee. Pets are welcome. During your long term rental you will enjoy our all inclusive service (maintenance and cleaning of the flat).

Our prices
Our transparent pricing depends on the size of the apartment, the number of guests and the time of year. The following prices apply in the low season. The prices for the long term rental upon request.

The area
Colonia de Sant Jordi
Once a small fishing village – today a pleasant, fashionable harbor and the favorite place of many islanders who spend hot summer days here at their second home. A healthy mix of locals and tourists guarantee a high-class relaxation, as well as a very interesting gastronomic scene, which also keeps its doors open in winter.
Famous beaches nearby
The proximity to the famous beaches like Es Trenc, Es Dolç, Es Carbó and Ses Roquetes make the place a frequent bathing destination for numerous island guests. Always a good idea to take a day trip to the nature reserve island of Cabrera. The salt pans, which are well-known far beyond Mallorca, will show you how to promote the Flor de Sal.
Wochenmarkt im Ort
The weekly market in town takes place on Wednesdays. On Saturdays, the market in Santanyí provides a magical shopping atmosphere. Don’t miss the grilled squids that Casa Manolo serves you in Ses Salines with a well-chilled glass of Ribeiro.

Fantastische locatie
Vorige week hebben wij het genot gehad om een week te verblijven in het Blue House.
We beschikte over een penthouse met 2 etages. Waarvan 1 een heerlijk groot zonneterras is met ligbedden, een zithoek en uitzicht over het dorpje en de zee.
Alles wordt goed onderhouden, alles was zeer schoon en zelfs de koelkast was gevuld met wat drankjes.
Wat ook handig was zijn de privé parkeerplekken op het terrein.
De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is hierdoor erg gunstig.
Wij komen hier zeker weer terug. Een echte aanrader
Wij hebben het zeer naar ons zin gehad en komen zeker terug.
Un rincón inolvidable: como en casa
Fuimos con mi familia durante el verano. Experimentamos varios lugares de alojamiento a lo largo de nuestra vida: hoteles, casas alquiladas, airbnb. Nada tiene comparación con este lugar. Desde el primer momento, la limpieza, la comodidad, la cercanía y la amabilidad de los dueños resaltan por su excelencia. No son de esos lugares donde tienes que comprarte hasta sal porque ni eso hay, están perfectamente equipados como para que puedas disfrutar tu estadía sin ninguna preocupación. Servicio de limpieza a diario para que cuando vuelvas de la playa te encuentres un lugar en condiciones perfectas, como el primer día.
No puedo recomendar más este complejo de apartamentos, si tienen la oportunidad de ir a conocer a Mallorca vengan a alojarse aquí. Reitero, los dueños te hacen sentir como en su casa.
Volveremos a Mallorca y ya sabemos que tenemos un segundo hogar para poder disfrutar de nuestra vacaciones.

Excelente ubicación para alojarse todo el año, súper limpio cóndor para todo la familia, los dueños son un amor de persona te dan un excelente recibimiento, se destaca por la limpieza respeto por el descanso familiar y no hace falta llevar nada de casa más que la gana de disfrutar, volveré a repetir maravilloso hospedaje mejor que hotel!! Wonderful days in the Blue House🤩🤗🤗
We had five wonderful days in the finest little Blue House! We rented the apartment with the roof terrace and it was perfect! So nice, practical and lovely with both a balcony and a roof terrace! Then it was incredibly friendly and service-oriented, accommodating, from booking and all the way, so many good tips too. We will be happy to return! Ritha and Lasse

Wir wurden abends sehr freundlich und persönlich vom Vermieter “Hubert” empfangen, bekamen eine ausführliche Besichtigung unseres Apartments, mit kühlen Getränken in der Küche! Wir konnten H. jederzeit Fragen stellen und bekamen sogar einen kurzfristig arrangierten Massagetermin bei Sven/Tatjana im Salon, der ein sehr entspannter Abschluss für die schöne Frühlingswoche im Blue House war! Wir werden sicher wieder zum B.H. kommen:) Jutta
Einfach perfekt
Eine perfekte, kleine, gemütliche Wohnung für mich zur Langzeitmiete gefunden.
Der Traum vom Leben am Strand ist für mich wirklich in Erfüllung gegangen. Dazu alles stilvoll, sauber und freundlich. Ob Putzen oder Handwerker – alles wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Deutsches TV und 1A Internet. Auch mein kleiner Hund darf mitwohnen. Wir bleiben. Top!!

Es war eine wundervolle Zeit im Blue House
Wir waren das 2. Mal im Blue House und uns bereits für 2025 angemeldet.
Ich habe selten so eine liebevolle Unterkunft und Hausherren gesehen und erlebt, wie im Blue House.
Es ist eine absolute Empfehlung und wir möchten uns auf diesen Weg nochmal bei Hubert bedanken.
Ankommen und sich wohl fühlen
Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Hund für 2 Wochen Gäste bei Hubert. Bei der Ankunft gab’s jede Menge Getränke im Kühlschrank und ein Hundebettchen! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt absolut an nichts. Tolle ruhige Lage und in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Großer windgeschützter Balkon.
Hubert ist der beste Gastgeber den man sich vorstellen kann, der sich jederzeit um uns gekümmert hat.
