Nature has blessed us with the beautiful area around Colonia de Sant Jordi in the south of Mallorca, with several Caribbean-style beaches – and we have created a stylish place for you to live and work in Mallorca.
Start your working day with a cup of Nespresso on the balcony enjoying our fast internet and the perfect location of the ‘Blue House’ by the famous salt flats. After the business you can easily walk to the unspoilt, fabulous 6 Km long Es Trenc. You can visit Ses Salines and Santanyi in the evening too. You will be delighted by the culinary offerings in these two picturesque villages!
We are happy to offer you a lovingly designed, cosy accommodation for your long-term stay. Our apartments for long-term rental
Practical, cosy, comfortable
Our long-term apartments are 40 square meters in size and offer the perfect living and working space for 1 to 2 tenants. All apartments have an open-plan kitchen, a stylishly furnished living room, a large bedroom with one queen size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious south-facing balcony with a sun lounger.
Well-equipped apartments
A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast WiFi, a smart TV, fresh towels, fragrant bed linen and beach towels are standard features in all our apartments. We are happy to provide you with a cot if needed. You can park your car or bicycle free of charge in our underground car park. Pets weighing up to approximately 8 kg are welcome. For long-term rentals we take care of all necessary repairs and, on request, provide you with a reliable and flexible cleaning service.

Please note that the rental period for long-term rentals must be at least 31 nights and must be justified. According to the law applicable on the island, we are obliged to ensure that your long-term stay is not of a holiday nature.
The rent does not include electricity costs, which will be billed to you monthly according to consumption. However, no tourist tax is payable.
The area
Colonia de Sant Jordi
Once a small fishing village, today it is a pleasant, sophisticated harbour and a favourite spot for many islanders who spend some days of the year here at their second homes. A healthy mix of locals and people of abroad guarantees a relaxed atmosphere and a very interesting gastronomic scene that remains open even in winter. In Colonia you will find 4 supermarkets, which are open all over the year. You will arrive at the airport of Palma de Mallorca in about 40 minutes, the old town of the capital of the island in approximately 50 minutes. Our village is good connected via public transport (you will find more details and the timetable here: www.tib.org).
Famous beaches nearby
After your long working day you can charge your batteries on one of the famous beaches of Es Trenc, Es Dolç, Es Carbó and Es Roquetes which you will arrive by foot. Don’t forget that it is really terrific to take a day trip to the Cabrera Nature Reserve. One day go to the salt flats, famous far beyond Mallorca. They will show you how the great Flor de Sal is produced.
Weekly market in town
The weekly market in town takes place on Wednesdays. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the market in Santanyí offers an enchanting shopping atmosphere. Campos invites you to its market on Thursdays and Saturdays. The grilled squid served at Casa Manolo in Ses Salines with a well-chilled glass of Ribeiro is worth every sin.

Perfekter Ort für Langzeitaufenthalt
Ich habe drei Monate in diesem wunderschönen Apartment verbracht und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – perfekt für tägliches Kochen. Die Lage in Colonia de Sant Jordi ist ideal: ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem nur 5 Minuten zum Strand und mit Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Der Gastgeber ist außergewöhnlich herzlich, immer erreichbar und hilft bei allen Fragen unkompliziert weiter. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich wie zu Hause. Für Langzeitmieter absolut perfekt!
Langzeitmiete mit Wohlfühlgarantie
Ich habe hier sechs Monate gelebt und verbracht und es war die beste Entscheidung! Das Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen: hell, maritim eingerichtet, tadellos sauber und mit einer tollen Terrasse. Die Lage in Colonia de Sant Jordi ist perfekt für Langzeitmieter – ruhig genug zum Arbeiten und Leben, aber mit allem Notwendigen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Es Trenc Strand ist ein Traum und nie langweilig. Der Gastgeber ist außergewöhnlich: flexibel, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz vermietet wird. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann es jedem empfehlen, der einen längeren Aufenthalt auf Mallorca plant!
Mein zweites Zuhause auf Mallorca
Nach mehreren Monaten hier kann ich sagen: Dies ist mehr als nur eine Mietwohnung – es ist ein echtes Zuhause geworden. Die Qualität der Unterkunft ist herausragend: moderne Ausstattung, bequemes Bett mit toller Matratze, und die Liebe zum Detail ist überall spürbar. Die Ruhe hier ist Gold wert für längere Aufenthalte, und gleichzeitig hat man alles in Gehweite: Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte. Der Vermieter ist nicht nur professionell, sondern auch warmherzig und schafft eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Für alle, die einen längeren Aufenthalt auf Mallorca planen – hier seid ihr richtig!
